Common Questions

What fitness level do I need?

None! All fitness levels are welcome. You don't need to be fit to start β€” just willing. We work at different paces within the same session.

What happens in a typical session?

45 minutes of dynamic, varied movements outdoors. Always moving, military-PT-inspired but positive and encouraging. Balance, coordination, strength, and cardio combined.

Do you train in bad weather?

Yes! We train in all weather β€” rain or shine. Just dress appropriately. Being outdoors in all conditions is part of the experience.

What do I need to bring?

Water bottle, appropriate outdoor clothing for the weather, and a willingness to try. No mats provided β€” all exercises are standing or moving.

When is my free session?

Your free session can be any regular 7am or 9:30am bootcamp. Just book using the form above and we'll confirm your first session.

What happens after my free session?

If you love it (and we think you will!), continue for just Β£40 every 4 weeks with unlimited access to all sessions.
