None! All fitness levels are welcome. You don't need to be fit to start β just willing. We work at different paces within the same session.
45 minutes of dynamic, varied movements outdoors. Always moving, military-PT-inspired but positive and encouraging. Balance, coordination, strength, and cardio combined.
Yes! We train in all weather β rain or shine. Just dress appropriately. Being outdoors in all conditions is part of the experience.
Water bottle, appropriate outdoor clothing for the weather, and a willingness to try. No mats provided β all exercises are standing or moving.
Your free session can be any regular 7am or 9:30am bootcamp. Just book using the form above and we'll confirm your first session.
