Yes. Every session has beginner-friendly options and Chris adapts exercises so you can work safely at your level.

What if I’m nervous?+

That’s normal. Most people feel nervous before their first session. The group is friendly, and you’ll be coached through everything.

Do I need equipment?+

No. Bring water, comfortable clothes, trainers, and a towel if you want one.

Where are sessions held?+

Heatherside Recreation Ground in Camberley. After you claim your spot, Chris can send the exact meeting point.
